 For over 30 years, I have had the privilege of supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions. My journey began with a background in education (BA Program), followed by a Social Service Worker Certification, and continued learning through various certifications, training, and professional experiences.

My work has included supporting individuals as they navigate financial stress, resource barriers, accessibility challenges, and personal obstacles — while building confidence, resilience, and pathways forward.

Today, as a coach, trainer, and facilitator, I continue to expand my knowledge in the areas of neurodivergence, inclusion, and diversity. I am passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported, valued, and encouraged to discover their own strengths, possibilities, and personal growth.
