What is Neurofeedback ?

Neurofeedback uses the brain's natural ability to learn new things to help it heal, called neurotherapy or neurobiofeedback.

• Neurofeedback, is a type of biofeedback that uses real-time displays of brain activity to teach the brain to work more efficiently by self-regulating its brain function. 
• By measuring and analyzing the brain’s activity, and providing feedback that helps the brain change inefficient patterns, neurofeedback training helps reduce the symptoms related to poor self-regulation. Issues such as concussion, depression, stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, fibromyalgia, ADHD, and inattention can all be significantly reduced through neurofeedback training.

Neurofeedback trains your brain that is non-invasive  (nonlinear system) and has no side effects, however you may feel tired after your session.  

Neurofeedback  does not  diagnose or fix you, rather neuofeedback harnesses the natural power of the brain to self-correct with lasting effects.

Each session is 45 minutes long, 30 minutes of this session on the Neurfeedback machine.

  6 Week Coaching Call Program, includes 6 - 1:1   45 minute weekly sessions via ZOOM call . Also included are worksheets for goal setting and assessing strengths as well as weaknesses, weekly homework and support via email or text between sessions.

    $775 CA

 (taking a deeper dive into mindset)

 12 Week Coaching Call Program, includes 12 - 1:1   45 minute weekly sessions via ZOOM call . Also included are worksheets for goal setting and assessing strengths as well as weaknesses, weekly homework and support via email or text between sessions.

• RETURN & REFUND POLICY
  I require 2 weeks notice for cancellations of my coaching programs (per the contract) and 24 hours notice for rescheduling or you will be charged for the session.  Any refunds will be returned within 5-7 business days.

All sessions are conducted live via Zoom. All documents, including the contract, will be delivered via email upon receipt of payment
